Information we collect

When you submit a tool, we process the company, product, contact and email information you provide so we can review the submission. Hosting and security logs may also contain technical information such as IP address, browser type, requested URL and timestamps.

Review submissions

When you submit a software review, we collect the review content, your chosen display name and email address for moderation. You may optionally provide your role, company, company size, usage duration and company website. Approved review content and your chosen display name may be published. Your email address and internal moderation information are not displayed publicly.

Review submissions are checked for spam, duplicates, unsafe content and promotional material. Submission security may use a temporary, one-way network identifier for rate limiting; the raw network address is not stored with the public review.

Click measurement and cookies

The directory records aggregate outbound-click counts on tool records. This feature is intended to measure link usage and does not intentionally store a visitor identity. WordPress and the hosting platform may use cookies required for administration, security and core site operation. Google Analytics is not enabled as part of this sprint.

How information is used

Information is used to operate and secure the site, moderate reviews, review submissions, correct listings, understand aggregate link usage and respond to requests. We do not sell personal information.

Hosting and third parties

The site is hosted by Hostinger. Links may take you to independent third-party websites, whose own privacy policies apply.

Retention and your choices

Submission and log information is retained only as reasonably needed for the purposes above, security and applicable legal obligations. No fixed review-retention period is promised until owner/legal review defines one. Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction or deletion through the contact page.
